Felicia Loo is the Founder and CEO of SFPM Consulting. She is a registered SQF Consultant and Certified Food Scientist with over 14 years of experience in the food industry. She received Bachelor of Science in Food Science with a minor in Commerce from the University of British Columbia. Her expertise lies in assisting food businesses in building, implementing, and managing their food safety programs. She has worked in various food sectors, including meat and poultry processing, dairy, bakery, pet foods, and more.
Felicia is a Registered SQF Consultant and SQF Trainer. She is also a Lead Instructor for Preventive Control for Human Foods and HACCP Lead Instructor.
